东城区可持续发展教育
东城自1998年进入项目研究以来,至今参与学校共有12所,参加过项目实验活动和培训的学校共计40余所。可持续发展的理念日益深入人心,可持续发展价值观教育渗透在教育教学诸环节之中,可持续发展教育所倡导的生活态度和生活方式已经成为广大师生的日常行为准则。我们更新了办学理念,确立了培养具有创新精神和实践能力以及可持续发展价值观并重的育人目标。各个项目学校自觉将可持续发展教育纳入学校课程建设,有效的深化和扩展了素质教育,显著提高了教育质量。近几年来,还在推进学区化管理方面对教育自身的可持续发展进行了积极探索。我区以教师研修中心为高地,将可持续发展理论纳入教师培训内容,研究对教师的新型培训模式;以蓝天工程为依托,在教育活动中,研究对学生责任感、使命感的培养,改变学生的学习、生活方式;以立项课题为龙头,充分利用东城的文化资源,研究传统文化的教育,推进学校文化建设。
ESD in Dong Cheng District
The total number of participating schools in Dongcheng District has reached 11 since we took part in the research program in 1998. More than 40 schools have taken part in the experimental and trainging activities of the research program. The concept of sustainable development has been well reveived. The spirit of Education for sustainable development has prmeated into every step of teaching procedures. The attitude to life and the living style related to sustainable development have become part of daily behavious principles of massive teachers and students. We have renewed the concept of managing the school and establish developing students into ones who have both innovative spirits and practical skills as our eductional goal. Each participating school has involved Education for sustainable development into the school curriculum, which has strengthened and developed the quality-oriented education and greatly imporved the quality of the school education as well. In recent years, we have actively conducted some research on advancing sustainable development of education itself based on the management of learning area. We have put the thoery assosiated with sustaionable development into teacher training programs, which are executed by staffs in Teachers Study and
