湖北省驻香港部队秭归希望小学简介
创办于1998年的湖北省驻香港队秭归希望小学坐落在三峡坝首第一县---秭归县，是由中国人民解放军驻香港部队全体官兵捐资120万元修建的。学校占地8275平方米，校舍面积3458平方米，拥有固定资产450万元，建有计算机室、多媒体教室、电子备课室、自然实验室、音乐室、美术室 、体育器械室、阅览室、团队室等。学校实验设施完备，有各类实验器材2800多件 ，图书室藏书16000册。整个校园绿化覆盖率达40％，布局合理，环境优美。学校现有18个教学班，980多名学生，教职工57人，其中大专以上学历36人，省级骨干教师3人，市级学科带头人2人、县级骨干教师12人。学校教师的平均年龄仅有35.1岁，是全县最年轻、学历结构层次最高的一支教师队伍，学生全是三峡工程的移民子女。学校自创办之日起，一直注意环境教育和可持续发展教育，坚持以教育科研为先导，教育教学为中心，教书育人为根本的办学指导思想，以“为学生终身发展奠基”为办学理念，以校园园林化、管理科学化、教学现代化为目标，以“国防教育”为突破口，以“小学多学科综合改革”、“英语形成性教学评价研究”、“挖掘三峡文化底蕴，开发编写可持续发展教育校本课程”为主要研究内容，走科研兴教、科教兴校之路，创建学校办学特色。充分发挥自身特有的优势，积极探索素质教育和学校可持续发展的新途径和新方法，努力构建学校、家庭、社会三结合教育网络。不断改善办学条件，优化育人环境，加强队伍建设，强化内部管理，提高办学水平，促进了校以育人为本，师以敬业为乐，生以成才为志的良好精神风貌的形成，而今团结、进取、创新、求实的校风弥漫在菁菁校园。短短的办学历程，教育教学硕果累累。学校先后被评为“德育工作先进单位”、“教育科研先进单位”、“绿化先进单位”、“宜昌市示范家长学校”、“秭归县示范学校”、“宜昌市青少年科技活动先进集体”。2001年又跻身于宜昌市示范学校行列。2002年被授予首批“宜昌市绿色学校” ，2005年获得“湖北省绿色学校”，2007年被命名为“宜昌市名牌学校”。教师在省级以上刊物发表教研论文90余篇，省级以上获奖达145人次；学生在市级以上刊物发表习作72篇，学生参加县、市、省、国家组织的各类竞赛中590人次获奖，其中荣获国家级一等奖 41个，二等奖70个，三等奖159个。在新世纪铿锵的脚步声中，驻香港部队秭归希望小学全体师生正在为学校的可持续发展激情满怀地去谱写素质教育的新篇章。
Brief Introduction of Zigui Hope Primary School Supported by Hong Kong Garrison
Zigui Hope Primary school which supported by Hongkong garrison was founded in 1998 and lies in zigui county---the nearest county near the Three Gorges Dam. It was donated by whole officers and soldiers in Hongkong garrison. With 4500000RMB total fixed asset, the school covers an area of 8275 square meters, within which 3458 square meters teaching buildings and other facilities―the computer room, the multimedia room, the electronic equipment room, the natural laboratory, the music room, the arts room, the gym (physical instrument room), the reading room, and the Yong Pioneer's room. Besides, the school has complete experiment facilities, including more than 2800 facilities of different kinds, and a holding of 16000 volumes in library .The virescence coverage rate of school is up to 40 percents. With beautiful environment The layout of the school is rationally distributed. Now, there are more than 800 students, divided into 18 classes. The school employs 50 full-time staff members. The average age of the faculties is only 32.5 years old. The school aims to display teachers’ spirit, to practice strict management to have its own characteristics. It spares no effort to carry out the following strategies―to build up with moral education, to strengthen it by highly-educated personnel, to construct it with distinguishing characteristics, to grow and flourish by scientific research.
The school was honored as an advanced unit in moral education, an advanced unit of scientific research, the demonstration school of Yichang, it is entitled “The famous brand school of Yichang city” in 2007.
The teachers have published 90 thesises in publications above the province level and awarded 145 times. Students have published 32 articles in city's issues. And some students take part in all kinds of competition that hold by county, city, province, country, and 290 students were rewarded. There are 6 national-level first prizes, 31 pieces of second prize, 59 pieces of third prize. In the new century the faculty and the students are pursuing quality-oriented education with their full passion and efforts! "
